"For years I have struggled with a normal pair of gloves when out observing. They are great at keeping your hands warm but when it comes to adjusting equipment or messing around with cables, it always meant holding gloves in my mouth or putting them down, only to lose them in the dark. I have tried many different types of gloves including those with the covers to go over the fingers but I have generally been left unimpressed.. Until I tried the Astrogloves.
The Astrogloves are very well made and keep the hand warm leaving the thumb and two fingers exposed to be able to operate equipment. I was concerned that the thumb and fingers that were uncovered would feel cold but to my surprise I have never experienced that. I now use them any time I am out observing and have been very happy with the results even when temperatures have plunged down to well below zero degrees. If you, like me are a keen observer then these are an admirable addition to your kit bag."
